It's been awhile since we've got on here and gave an update! Lots of things going since this spring. We have built a couple garages, done several siding jobs, a few roofs, some decks, and a ton a various interior remodels. Right now we are in the midst of a very extensive kitchen remodel. We also just started the demolition of a house fire in North Muskegon. Once that is done we will be doing the complete rebuild! Happy 4th of July!

Monday February, 4th

The American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012 is restoring energy efficient tax credits for windows, doors and skylights. The bill reinstates the 25c tax credits that expired at the end of 2011 and extends them through the end of 2013. The 2012 Tax Credit offers 10% of the cost of the home improvement up to a maximum of $500. In order to qualify, the home improvement must be made on an existing home and principal residence. Monday, January 14th

We are still working on the remodel for Jericho Road Church in Fruitport Township. By the end of the day tomorrow the drywall should be 100% complete. We started installing the wall cap an some trim on the handicap ramps and the handrails today. Next we will be installing all of the new doors, trim, and drop ceilings. We will also have a crew in Twin Lake installing some of our new exclusive UniShield doors. We have four french doors getting installed facing the lake and two other single entry doors.
