More Sunshine!

Another spring like day outside today. It sure feels good with the sun and the time change keeping it lighter out later. The extended forecast is still a little sketchy though. We would sure like to see more days like today and maybe see some grass one of these days! It would help out greatly for our big renovation on Mona Lake. Stay tuned for some demo photos and then progress photos to follow.

March Sunshine!

The sun felt so nice today! After the the temps we've been having the past few months in the single digits and even the negatives...... The "warm" March sun felt awesome today. We just started a major remodel/addition on Mona Lake in Norton Shores. We are tearing down about half of the house and adding a second story with a master suite, another bedroom, and an additional bathroom. Hopefully the weather will finally start to cooperate with us for this one.

Spring?????

Wow! We are ready for Spring!! This winter has sure been a tough one. We have had a record number of roof leaks/repairs, snow and ice removal calls, and interior repairs due to ice backups. If you are planning a project for the soon coming better weather, now is a great time to start planning.
