Today we installed nine new replacement windows in a home on the East end of Muskegon. Two of the openings had to be built small and we installed some new siding on the front. Next we will be heading to Grand Haven to begin a pretty sizable remodel. To start we will be installing a new roof, it will not be a normal roof install however. First we are building the roof up with 1 1/2" foam insulation board and installing new decking over that. This house is a historical home in the downtown area so it is very old with little insulation. We will also be installing new windows and remodeling the interior after the roof.

We have been working all this week on the roof project in East Muskegon. We have removed all of the old shingles and installed the new ones. We should be finished up with it tomorrow. We do have to remove the old roofing from a flat section that will quite possibly have to be rebuilt before we install the new low slope roofing. We also finished up the 7'x10' shed in Norton Shores. We will have photos up soon!
