Friday December 28th

We have all of the drywall hung and first coated at Jericho Road Church. We will be back after the new year to finish up the finishing process. Everything will need two more coats and some texture. We also started finishing a basement in Norton Shores this week. At this point we have it all framed, insulated and the drywall was all hung today. We will be back on Monday to start finishing there. Lots of mud!

Wednesday, December 19th

We finished up the steel roof in Muskegon today. Turned out nice! There was another crew at Jericho Road Church hanging more drywall today. We have made a pretty good dent in it but there is still plenty more to hang. We should be starting the finishing process late next week.

Monday, December 17th

We are just about finished up installing a steel roof on a house in Muskegon, it is a unique style roof with several angles to cut. It is starting to come together nicely. We have also been approved to start installing drywall at the Jericho Road Church project in Fruitport Township. We started hanging today and got a first coat of mud on some of it. We will keep at it all week.

Tuesday, December 11th

We finished up installing another house of our UniShield windows out in Twin Lake at the end of last week into Monday. These were all casement style windows. The home owner also decided to replace all of the entry doors in the house with UniShield Doors! We ordered them up yesterday and will be installing them after the new year. We also started hanging drywall in Fruitport Township today at the new Jericho Road Church building. I believe that we have cleared all of the hurdles needed for the fire sprinkler system. We should be able to progress with this one a little more quickly now! We will also have another crew in The City of Muskegon installing a new steel roof later this week.

Wednesday, December 5th

We are just about finished up with our roofing project in Roosevelt Park. We will be back tomorrow to install some new gutters and to put back some siding which had to come down to install the roofing correctly. We also have the new HVAC and fire suppression system piping being installed at the Jericho Road Church project in Fruitport Township. If all goes well we will be installing the new drywall next week. Be sure to stop down to the Lake Mall and visit out kiosk display in front of Yonkers featuring our UniShield windows!

Monday, December 3rd

We have had all of our subcontractors over at Jericho Road Church project in Fruitport Township. They have been working on installing the new electrical, heating and cooling systems, and the piping for the fire suppression system. As soon as all of this is completed we can begin installing the drywall. Meanwhile we have been in Roosevelt Park working on a roofing project. We are adding a slight slope to an existing flat roof for better water run off. This also required replacing five windows on an upper level to accommodate the new slope. From there we will be installing new low slope modified buitimen roofing. Last week we installed another house full of our UniShield windows. These were our top of the line triple pane premium windows. Turned out real nice with new exterior trim.
